  • What is your cancellation policy? 
    We operate a 48 hour cancellation policy and will refund any payments made should you need to cancel within that period. If it is later than 48 hours this deposit is non-refundable. You are most welcome to transfer your booking into someone else’s name, or reschedule, should you need to make changes at the last minute.

  • How to add payal as payment method?
    During checkout, you will be prompted with available payment methods and you will find Paypal as one of them.

  • Do you offer cash on delivery?
    Unfortunately we don't. All orders needs to be paid when you place an order.

  • Can I get Free Shipping? 
    Yes! Every order above $100 automatically qualifies for free shipping! You don't need to do anything extra.

  • Are you open on Public Holidays? 
    Yes, we open every day. 

  • Is there parking nearby? 
    Yes, we have a spacious car park so getting parked should be very straightforward.
